Exceptional experience. River Breeze was perfect for our large group and since many were arriving a different time host were flexible in allowing access a little early. House was very clean and allowed for ample parking for all our vehicles. We will definitely be back next year.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room, great kitchen, close to town and the park. Large porch with great river view. Would definitely recommend and we will be staying again.

Wow this is a great property nicely decorated and could accommodate our large group. Communication with host was spectacular answered all our questions leading up to our stay. Beds were comfortable slept like a baby. Well appointed kitchen and appliances as well. Definitely looking to stay again on our next trip to Cape Vincent.

Check in was easy. The host responded to us any time we needed anything. The house is located right on the river within an easy walk to the center of town. The house was clean and comfortable. We would stay again if we’re back that way.

Wonderful property! Just what all 14 of us needed to relax and recharge. View of the water was amazing and we loved our nightly walks for ice cream and fishing! Would definitely recommend this property for large groups!
